Policies

1. All prices are in Canadian Dollars.
2. Method of Payment – We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express. All prices are in Canadian Dollars.
3. Returns – Due to the nature of our product being food, we do not accept returns, and all sales are final. However, do not accept a damaged package.
4. Misprints – The Ultimate Truffle does its best to provide you with the most reliable and up-to-date information. In the event that an error does occur, we reserve the right to correct or cancel an order.
5. Taxes – In Canada, the Goods & Services Tax (GST) and Provincial Sales Tax (PST) is applied on every product sold, except on purchases of Whole Cakes.
6. Shipping - Costs for shipping will be determined and confirmed, before the order is placed.
7. General – Because our product is handmade fresh daily on the premises, we cannot guarantee availability of both holiday and non-holiday items, if the order is not placed at least three weeks in advance of the requested delivery/pick-up date. This policy applies to product ordered from November 1st to February 14th. Prices are subject to change without advance notice. The above depends on quantity ordered as well as intricacy of product ordered.
